Personal coaching starts with a 1-2 hour phone or video call to review your health goals, main concerns and past medical history, and together create a plan of action to work towards your goals. Also included is one 45 minute phone or video call per month to discuss and review progress more in-depth. In addition, you will also receive on-going personal coaching through an app called Practice Better where you will receive personal feedback on your progress when you post in food/elimination diaries, mood/mental health journals, and vital sign and lab records. The more you post the more insight, education, and encouragement I can give you. Easy to use program available on desktop, laptop, or mobile app.
You will receive access to the private Mindful Holistic Health Facebook group that focuses on mind, body, spirit education of a healthy lifestyle and scientific data behind the benefits of a whole foods plant-based diet with guest speakers, book and documentary recommendations, and the opportunity to connect with others on similar health journeys.
