Christy Thompson C.H.N.C

Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant

Hello. My name is Christy. As an infant I had always had digestive and chronic health issues that only persisted through the years as I grew up. There were countless doctors but never any real concrete reasons provide for my symptoms. It was always a guessing game. When I was very young allergy testing provided clues to potential Celiac Disease but at that time very little was known about the disease and its the implications. In high school I developed an interest in understanding the human body and biology. After graduation I stumbled into a job working in a doctor’s office. This job made me realize how much I enjoyed the medical profession and felt that even in this limited capacity I could make a difference in people’s lives. During this time, I continued to struggle with my own health issues. Chronic digestive issues, weight loss, inflamed spleen, (eventual diagnosis of Raynaud’s disease) and the most intense sinus pain I had felt to date. I was grateful that I worked along side my doctor so he could see the struggles I had daily, but there were still no answers.
